The FlexiBar™ Upstart Kip Trainer is a dedicated gymnastics training aid created to help young gymnasts develop and refine their upstart, also known as a kip swing.

Designed specifically for gymnasts aged 6–10 years, the FlexiBar™ attaches to suitable gymnastics uneven bars or secure metal training bars. It helps athletes concentrate on body position, timing and movement patterns while developing the shoulder, arm and core strength needed for the skill.
