Important
Order Processing Times
Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be made and prepared before dispatch.
Many Gymatics® products are manufactured to order using 3D-printing technology at our base in Cwmbran, South Wales.
The standard processing time applies to Gymatics® products including ChalkBuddy®, PowderBuddy® and personalised products unless a different lead time is clearly stated on the product page.
“Working days” means Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
During busy periods such as launches, promotions, competitions and seasonal peaks, orders may require the full processing period.
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been dispatched, not from the date your order was placed.
📦 Pre-Orders
Pre-order products are an exception to our normal processing time. Where an item is sold on pre-order, the estimated availability or dispatch timeframe shown on the product page will apply instead.

Before contacting us
Where Is My Order?
Please check these three things first:
1. Has the order reached the end of the stated production or processing period?
2. Have you received a dispatch confirmation containing your tracking details?
3. Have you checked the latest update directly through the carrier's tracking service?
If your order is still within the stated processing time, it is normally still being made and prepared for dispatch.
Sending a “where is my order?” enquiry before the processing period has passed may delay our ability to respond to customers whose orders genuinely require assistance.
❗ Delays & Exceptions
Although we work hard to keep orders moving, occasional delays can happen due to:
• Unusually high order volumes
• Manufacturing or material delays
• Supplier disruption
• Carrier or postal disruption
• Severe weather
• Customs delays
• Events outside our reasonable control
If we become aware of a significant issue affecting your order, we'll do our best to contact you using the details provided with your order.
