Your Right to Withdraw

If you are a consumer located in the European Union and purchase eligible goods from Gymatics® online, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason.

For goods, the withdrawal period normally expires 14 days after you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods.

Where products from the same order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period is calculated from receipt of the last relevant item.

You may also notify us that you wish to withdraw before your order has been delivered.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Gymatics Limited of your decision before the applicable withdrawal period expires.

You can do this by:

  • Using the Withdraw from Contract Here function above;
  • Submitting the withdrawal form further down this page;
  • Emailing support@gymatics.co.uk; or
  • Sending us another clear statement confirming that you wish to withdraw from the contract.

Your communication only needs to be sent before the withdrawal period expires.

Returning Your Goods

After notifying us that you are withdrawing, eligible goods should be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision.

Return Address

Gymatics Limited
Unit 1 Grange Industrial Estate
Cwmbran

United Kingdom

Unless we have agreed otherwise or the goods are faulty, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods to us.

We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage.

Condition of Returned Goods

You may inspect goods in the same way that you reasonably would in a physical shop to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.

Refunds Following Withdrawal

Where a valid right of withdrawal is exercised, we will reimburse payments due to you, including the cost of our standard delivery method where required by applicable law.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost does not have to be refunded.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method has been expressly agreed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Personalised & Bespoke Products

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not normally apply to goods that have been made to your individual specifications or are clearly personalised.

This may include Gymatics® products featuring:

  • Personalised names or engraving;
  • Customer-supplied logos or artwork;
  • Bespoke club branding;
  • Custom designs created specifically for you; or
  • Other products manufactured to individual customer specifications.

Important: A standard Gymatics® product is not excluded from the right of withdrawal simply because we manufacture or 3D-print it after an order is placed. The exception relates to products made to your individual specifications or which are clearly personalised.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Your right of withdrawal is separate from your legal rights where goods are faulty, damaged, defective or not as described.

If you believe your order is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@gymatics.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue.

Where goods are faulty or incorrect, we will handle any return in accordance with the consumer rights applicable to your purchase.
