The best stocking fillers for gymnasts are small, useful and built for the gym bag, not the back of a drawer. Every idea below is under £20, and most are under £10, so you can mix and match to fill a stocking without blowing the budget.

1. ChalkBuddy® or PowderBuddy® keyring (£3.50)
A miniature version of our chalk holders for keys, a school bag or a gym bag. Gymnastics keyrings are decorative only, but they are one of the most popular little extras we sell.
2. Gymnastics chalk blocks (from £3)
Chalk gets used up, so a fresh block is always welcome. Gymatics® Sports Chalk comes as standard and Mini blocks. Check which size their holder takes before you buy.
3. Powdered chalk refill (£4)
For gymnasts who prefer loose chalk, a 120g powdered chalk pouch is a handy refill for a PowderBuddy® or chalk bag.

4. Extra-wide wristbands (£5)
Soft cotton gymnastics wristbands are worn beneath suitable grips. Only buy grips themselves if their coach has recommended them.
5. Cotton bar gloves (£5)
Bar gloves come in four sizes, so check the size guide first.
6. Liquid chalk (£5)
A 50ml bottle of liquid chalk is a less dusty alternative for gymnasts whose club allows it.
7. Bar loops (£5)
For gymnasts already doing coach-supervised strap-bar work, bar loops make a practical extra. Ask the coach about sizing first.
8. Sports tape (£5)
A roll of SPORTTAPE Tear EAB is the kind of thing nobody buys for themselves but everyone is glad to have in the bag.
