🚚 Shipping Policy – Gymatics®

At Gymatics®, many of our products are made to order using advanced 3D-printing technology in Wales. This allows us to offer high-quality, customised products — but it does mean orders are not dispatched immediately.

Please read the information below carefully before contacting us about your order.


🕒 Order Processing Times (Important)

All orders require up to 7 working days to be made and prepared before dispatch.

  • This applies to all Gymatics® products, including ChalkBuddy®, PowderBuddy® etc and personalised items.

  • “Working days” are Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays

  • During busy periods (product launches, sales, competitions, peak seasons), processing times may be at the full 7 working days

👉 Royal Mail delivery times begin only after your order has been dispatched, not from the date of purchase.


🇬🇧 UK Shipping

We currently offer the following UK shipping options:

Royal Mail Tracked 24®

  • Aim: 1–2 working days after dispatch

  • Fully tracked

  • Not guaranteed next-day delivery

Royal Mail Tracked 48®

  • Aim: 2–3 working days after dispatch

  • Fully tracked

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees

  • Royal Mail delays are outside of our control

  • You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched


🌍 International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

  • International delivery times vary by country

  • Typical delivery times are 5–15 working days after dispatch, depending on destination

  • Tracking is provided where available

Customs & Import Charges

International orders may be subject to:

  • Import taxes

  • Customs duties

  • Local handling fees

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are included at checkout for the relevant country.

We offer free local collection and local delivery options for customers near us.

Collection Locations

  • Valleys Gymnastics Academy (VGA) – Crumlin

  • Gymatics HQ – Cwmbran

📌 Collection at Gymatics HQ is by arrangement only.
You will be contacted when your order is ready before collecting.

Available in selected local areas — please contact us if unsure.


📦 Where Is My Order?

Before emailing us, please check:

  1. Has it been 7 working days since you placed your order?

  2. Have you received a dispatch email with tracking?

  3. Have you checked your tracking link directly with Royal Mail?

If your order is still within the stated processing time, it is being made and is on track.

👉 Due to the volume of enquiries, we may not be able to respond to “where is my order?” messages sent before the processing time has passed.


❗ Delays & Exceptions

While rare, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Supplier or material delays

  • Royal Mail service disruption

  • Weather or unforeseen events

If there is a significant issue with your order, we will always contact you directly.
