The Gymatics FlexiBar™ Upstart Trainer is a dedicated gymnastics training aid designed to help young gymnasts develop and refine their upstart (kip swing) technique through safe, repetitive practice.

Designed specifically for gymnasts aged 6–10 years, the FlexiBar Trainer attaches securely to gymnastics uneven bars or a suitable metal training bar, allowing gymnasts to focus on body positioning, timing and movement patterns while building the shoulder, arm and core strength needed for a successful upstart.

The integrated quick-release buckle allows for fast fitting and easy adjustment between training sessions, while the lightweight reinforced triangle provides exceptional durability without adding unnecessary weight.

Unlike traditional fixed designs, the FlexiBar Trainer features a modular construction. Should the upper strap ever become worn or damaged, it can be replaced without needing to purchase an entirely new trainer, helping extend the product’s lifespan and reduce waste.
