Christmas 2026: when do I need to order by? +

Order by Thu 10 December (UK), Mon 30 November (Europe), Fri 27 November (USA & Canada) or Fri 20 November (rest of the world) for delivery before Christmas. Missed the date? A Digital Gift Card arrives instantly by email.

Do you offer free delivery? +

Yes, free tracked delivery is applied at checkout on UK orders over £75, Europe orders over £75 (including Romania and Iceland), USA & Canada orders over £60, and Switzerland & Norway orders over £100.

How long will my order take to be dispatched? +

Most orders are made and dispatched within 7 working days (often sooner); personalised and custom items can take longer. If another lead time is shown on the product page, that applies.

Does the 7 working days include delivery? +

No. The processing period happens before dispatch. Your selected delivery timeframe begins once your parcel has left Gymatics®.

How long does Royal Mail Tracked 24® take? +

Royal Mail Tracked 24® has a next working day delivery aim after dispatch. It is not a guaranteed next-day service.

How long does Royal Mail Tracked 48® take? +

Royal Mail Tracked 48® has a delivery aim of approximately 2–3 working days after dispatch.

How do I track my order? +

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a dispatch confirmation containing your tracking information where available.

My tracking hasn't updated yet. Is that normal? +

Yes. Carrier tracking can sometimes take a little time to update after we've handed over your parcel. Check again later using the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation.

Do you ship internationally? +

Yes. We ship to many countries around the world. Available delivery services and prices are shown at checkout for your destination.

How long does international delivery take? +

As a general guide, 3–7 working days to Europe, 5–10 working days to the USA & Canada and 5–15 working days to the rest of the world after dispatch. Customs and local delivery networks can sometimes make this longer.

Will I have to pay customs charges? +

Possibly. International orders can be subject to local VAT, customs duties, taxes, clearance fees or carrier charges depending on your destination.

Can I collect my order? +

Yes. Free collection is available from Gymatics HQ in Cwmbran and Valleys Gymnastics Academy in Crumlin. Please wait until you've been told your order is ready before travelling to collect it.

Can I change my delivery address? +

If you've entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible. We'll try to help, but once an order has entered processing or been dispatched we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.

What happens if my parcel is returned to Gymatics®? +

If your parcel is returned because it couldn't be delivered, wasn't collected or the address was incorrect, contact us and we'll confirm the available options. A further delivery charge may apply if the parcel needs to be sent again.

My order hasn't arrived. What should I do? +

First check that your order has passed the stated processing time, then check your dispatch email and carrier tracking. If the processing period has passed or the tracking shows a problem, contact us with your order number.

What happens if my order is delayed? +

Occasional delays can happen because of high order volumes, manufacturing issues, carrier disruption, weather, customs or other events outside our control. If we become aware of a significant problem affecting your order, we'll do our best to let you know.

What happens with pre-order products? +

Pre-order products follow the estimated availability or dispatch timeframe shown on the individual product page rather than our standard processing time.
