We’ve made an important change at Gymatics®.
Gymatics® is no longer VAT registered, which means VAT is no longer charged on our sales.
For customers, the main thing you’ll notice is a change to our pricing. In many cases, this means a noticeable difference in the amount you pay at checkout compared with before.
There’s nothing you need to do — the prices shown on our website will reflect our current pricing, with delivery added where applicable.
This change doesn’t affect the quality of our products, how they’re made or the service you receive. We’ll continue designing, developing and manufacturing our Gymatics® and Buddy® products here in Wales.
As a growing family-run business, we want to be open about changes that affect our customers. That’s also why we’re introducing Gymatics® Updates — a place where we can share important changes, product news and developments as they happen.
