Wholesale pricing varies by product and order volume. Selected Buddy® lines have accessible opening quantities for new stockists, while larger orders can be quoted at additional volume tiers. All UK wholesale pricing is quoted excluding VAT unless stated otherwise, with VAT added where applicable. Not every stockist needs hundreds of units on day one — and we don't expect them to.

For smaller retailers and club shops, selected products are available with manageable opening quantities so you can establish demand first.

For established retailers, distributors or larger commercial partners, we can plan significantly higher production volumes and build pricing around the size and frequency of the order.

If you're considering hundreds or thousands of units, contact us before placing an order. Larger requirements are handled individually so we can plan production capacity, delivery schedules, packaging and commercial pricing properly.

Who can become a Gymatics® stockist? +
We work with gymnastics retailers, club shops, specialist sports businesses, online retailers and other suitable trade customers. Send us your business details and we'll confirm whether our wholesale range is a good fit.
What is your minimum wholesale order? +
Selected Buddy® products start from 20 units. Minimum quantities can vary for other products, custom orders and larger commercial projects, so we'll confirm the relevant MOQ with your trade pricing.
Can we mix colours in our order? +
On selected products, yes. We understand retailers often need a useful spread of colours rather than a full quantity of one version. Available combinations will be confirmed when we quote.
Can we mix different products to reach the minimum? +
This depends on the products being ordered. Some ranges can be combined while others have product-specific minimum quantities. Tell us the mix you're considering and we'll confirm the best option.
What margin can retailers expect? +
Wholesale pricing is designed to provide a sensible retailer margin against our recommended retail pricing. The exact margin varies by product, quantity and selling price, and we'll provide the relevant figures with your trade quote.
Are wholesale prices inclusive of VAT? +
Unless we state otherwise, UK trade prices are quoted excluding VAT and VAT is added where applicable. International tax treatment depends on the destination and circumstances of the order.
Do you offer better pricing for larger quantities? +
Yes. Selected products have additional commercial pricing available at higher volumes. If you're considering a substantial order, send us the expected quantity so we can quote it properly rather than applying standard opening-order pricing.
Can we sell Gymatics® products above your retail price? +
Retailers remain responsible for setting their own selling prices, but we ask stockists to respect the positioning of the Gymatics® brand and not routinely undercut our own advertised retail pricing.
Can we order custom-branded Gymatics® products? +
Potentially, yes. Custom branding, colourways and selected bespoke products are available for suitable projects. These normally have different minimum quantities and pricing from standard wholesale products.
Can we have an exclusive product or colour? +
We may consider exclusivity for the right product, volume and commercial partnership. Exclusivity isn't included automatically with a standard wholesale account and would need to be agreed separately.
Do you supply outside the UK? +
Yes. We can supply international stockists and commercial customers. Delivery costs, taxes, import requirements and available shipping methods depend on the destination and size of the order.
Can you handle large-volume orders? +
Yes. Larger requirements are planned separately from standard wholesale orders. If you're looking at hundreds or thousands of units, contact us with expected volumes and timescales so we can assess production, packaging and delivery requirements.
Do you provide product images and descriptions? +
Yes. Approved stockists can request current product photography, specifications and supporting product information for use when listing Gymatics® products.
How quickly can a wholesale order be supplied? +
Lead time depends on the products, quantity and current production schedule. We'll confirm an expected production and dispatch timeframe when quoting. Larger orders should be discussed as early as possible, particularly where you have a fixed launch or event date.
How do we apply for a wholesale account? +
Use our trade enquiry form or contact us with your business name, location, website or social channels, the products you're interested in and an approximate opening quantity. We'll take it from there.
