Returns
For eligible items purchased online, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to tell us that you would like to return it.
Once you have notified us, your return should be sent back to us within 14 days.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item should be returned in its original condition, unused and with any original packaging, labels and accessories included.
Please include your order number or proof of purchase.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Items returned without contacting us first may take longer to process.

Return Postage
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as returned parcels remain your responsibility until they reach us.
If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us first. Where appropriate, we will arrange or cover reasonable return postage costs.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect?
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, incorrect or you believe there is a problem with your product, contact us as soon as possible.

We’ll review the issue and work with you to put it right. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
Please note
Personalised & Custom Products
Because personalised and made-to-order products are created specifically for you, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns or cancellations once production has started where the product has been made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
This includes products featuring names, personalised text, bespoke designs, uploaded artwork or other customer-requested customisation.
This does not affect your rights if a personalised or custom-made product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Used Products
Products should only be handled to the extent reasonably necessary to inspect them. We may reduce a refund where an item has been used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary and its value has been reduced.
Your statutory rights in relation to faulty products are unaffected.
Sale & Promotional Items
Products purchased during a sale, promotion or using a discount code remain subject to applicable consumer rights.
Purchasing an otherwise eligible item at a reduced price does not automatically prevent it from being returned.
Exchanges
We do not currently operate a direct exchange service. If you would like a different colour, size or product, the quickest option is to return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order separately.
🇬🇧 UK Online Orders
For most non-personalised goods purchased online, UK consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
After notifying us, the goods should normally be returned within the following 14 days. Certain products, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, may be exempt from this cancellation right.
🇪🇺 European Union Orders
Eligible online purchases delivered to an EU country generally benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Certain exemptions apply, including products made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we will inspect it and let you know when your refund has been processed.
Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method.
Where statutory cancellation rights apply, eligible refunds will be processed within the applicable legal timeframe. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund after it has been issued.
Where applicable, a refund will include the cost of our standard outbound delivery option. Additional costs paid for upgraded or express delivery may not be refundable.
