Repeat deliveries
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you are signing up to receive repeat deliveries based on the product, frequency and subscription option you select at checkout.
Your chosen payment method will be stored securely by our payment provider and charged for future subscription orders unless you have chosen an option that is paid in advance.
The price, delivery frequency and any applicable subscription terms will be shown before you complete your purchase.
You're in control
Manage Your Subscription
You can manage eligible subscriptions through the subscription management link provided in your order or subscription confirmation emails.
Depending on your subscription, available options may include changing your next delivery date, adjusting the frequency or cancelling future renewals.
Cancelling
You can cancel future subscription renewals through your subscription management portal.
Please cancel before your next order has been processed if you do not want that delivery.
If an order has already been processed or dispatched, cancelling your subscription will stop future renewals but will not automatically cancel that order. Eligible items can still be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
🔔 Recurring Payments
By choosing a subscription product, you authorise the applicable recurring payments shown at checkout until the subscription is cancelled or otherwise ends. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Coming soon
Pre-Orders
A pre-order allows you to purchase or reserve a product that is not currently available for immediate dispatch.
Estimated availability or dispatch information will be displayed on the relevant product page wherever possible.
Please remember that pre-order dates are estimates and can occasionally change due to manufacturing, stock or delivery circumstances outside our reasonable control. If there is a significant delay, we'll do our best to keep you updated.
💳 Pre-Order Payments
Depending on the product, we may take the full payment at checkout or offer another payment arrangement where clearly stated.
The amount payable and when payment will be taken will be shown before you place your order.
✖ Cancelling a Pre-Order
If your pre-order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel it.
Once an eligible product has been delivered, your usual consumer cancellation and return rights may still apply in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Personalised & Custom Pre-Orders
Different cancellation rules may apply to products that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
Once production of a personalised or bespoke item has started, you may not have the same change-of-mind cancellation rights as you would with a standard product. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Where offered
Try Before You Buy
Certain products may occasionally be offered on a Try Before You Buy basis. Where this option is available, the specific trial period and payment terms will be clearly shown before checkout.
We may authorise your payment method when your order is placed without immediately collecting the full purchase price.
If the item is not returned in accordance with the terms of the trial before the stated deadline, the applicable payment method may then be charged for the amount shown at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Purchase options do not remove your statutory consumer rights. Where a product is eligible for return, the conditions and refund process are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
