Bambu Printer Setup: At Home

We come to you and set up your Bambu Lab printer, and we don't leave until your first print is running. The visit takes about 2 hours. Prefer to bring it to us? Choose drop-off below.

Included:

• Unboxing and assembly
• Levelling and calibration
• Firmware update
• Wi-Fi and Bambu Handy app connection
• AMS lite fitted, if you bought one
• First print running
• A 30-minute walkthrough

Travel: free up to 15 miles from our office in Cwmbran; we work out the travel from your postcode when you book.

Please have ready:

• The printer delivered (the box can stay sealed)
• A stable surface near a socket
• Your Wi-Fi details, which you enter yourself
• A Bambu account
• An adult present for the whole visit

Not included: the printer itself, faults the printer arrives with, electrical or Wi-Fi installation, non-Bambu printers.
