Gymnasts train everywhere, and more and more of our orders now leave our workshop in South Wales for the United States, Canada and Europe. If you are shopping with us from outside the UK, this guide explains how delivery works, what you pay at checkout and how to plan ahead for Christmas.
Prices in your own currency
When you visit gymatics.co.uk from the US, Canada, Europe or Australia, our store shows prices in your local currency, so you can see what you are paying without converting from pounds. The currency is set automatically based on where you are, and you can change it using the country selector at the top of the page.
Delivery options to the US, Canada and Europe
At checkout you can choose tracked delivery, so you can follow your parcel from Wales to your door, or our lower-cost Economy Untracked option for small, light orders.
- United States and Canada: tracked delivery from £10 (shown in your currency), with free tracked delivery on orders over £60.
- Europe: tracked delivery from £10, with free tracked delivery on orders over £75.
- Larger items over 2kg, such as some training equipment, have a separate rate that is shown at checkout before you pay.
The free delivery option appears automatically at checkout once your basket reaches the threshold.
Import charges: what you pay and when
Nobody likes a surprise bill when a parcel arrives. For orders to the US, Switzerland, Norway and most of Europe (including France, Germany, Ireland, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, Sweden and Portugal), import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so the total you see is the total you pay.
For these orders, VAT for your country is included in the checkout total, and the import charge is shown as its own line so you can see exactly what it is.
For Canada and a few European countries (Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania and Slovenia), any import VAT and duties are collected by the carrier when your parcel arrives. Our Worldwide Shipping page has the full details.
Made to order means a little planning
Many of our products are designed and 3D-printed by hand in our Welsh workshop, and personalised or custom-colour items are made to order. That is what makes them special, but it does mean they take a little longer to make before they are posted.
If you are ordering a personalised medal holder or a custom Buddy® design, allow extra time, especially for international delivery.
Christmas: order early from overseas
Our last order date for Christmas is Saturday 12 December 2026. Parcels travelling to the US, Canada and Europe take longer than UK deliveries, and international mail is at its busiest in December, so the earlier you order, the better.
If you miss the date, a Gymatics® Digital Gift Card is delivered instantly by email and can be spent across the store.
