What Gymatics® products can be customised for our club? +
Customisation is available on selected Gymatics® and Buddy® products. The options depend on the product, quantity and type of branding you need, so send us the product you're interested in and we'll confirm what's possible.
Can you match our club colours? +
We can work from your club colours and recommend the closest suitable options available for the product. Exact colour matching may not always be possible depending on the material or manufacturing process, but we'll discuss this with you before production.
Can you add our club logo? +
Yes, club logos and branding can be added to selected products. Send us the highest quality version of your logo you have and we'll confirm the options available for the product you've chosen.
Is there a minimum order? +
Minimum quantities vary depending on the product and level of customisation required. Tell us roughly how many you need and we'll let you know the options available.
Can individual gymnast names be added? +
On selected products, yes. If you're ordering for a squad or club and want each item personalised with an individual name, include this in your enquiry so we can confirm what's possible and any additional cost.
Can our club sell the products to members? +
Yes. If you're looking to stock Gymatics® products or sell custom club products to your members, tell us when you enquire. We can discuss the most appropriate club or wholesale arrangement for what you need.
Can you create something specifically for a competition or event? +
Yes. Events, competitions, camps, presentations and special club occasions are all good reasons to create a custom product. Contact us as early as possible so we can discuss quantities, design and production time.
Do you work with clubs outside the UK? +
Yes. We work with international customers and can arrange delivery to many countries. Shipping costs and any relevant import requirements will depend on your destination.
How long do custom club orders take? +
Lead times depend on the product, quantity and amount of custom work involved. We'll give you an expected timeframe before you commit to the order. If you need the products for a particular competition or event, tell us the date when you first enquire.
