At Gymatics®, many of our products are made to order using advanced 3D-printing technology in Wales. This allows us to offer high-quality, customised products — but it does mean orders are not dispatched immediately.
Please read the information below carefully before contacting us about your order.
🕒 Order Processing Times (Important)
All orders require up to 7 working days to be made and prepared before dispatch.

This applies to all Gymatics® products, including ChalkBuddy®, PowderBuddy® etc and personalised items.

“Working days” are Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays

During busy periods (product launches, sales, competitions, peak seasons), processing times may be at the full 7 working days
👉 Royal Mail delivery times begin only after your order has been dispatched, not from the date of purchase.
