You must be legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order with us. Where a purchase is made on behalf of a child, the contract must be entered into by an appropriate adult.

You must not introduce viruses, malicious code or other technology designed to interfere with the operation or security of our website or Services.
Product prices are shown on our website and may change from time to time. Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices displayed to consumers include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be shown during checkout before you complete your order.
If we discover an obvious pricing or listing error affecting your order, we may contact you to correct the issue or, where permitted, cancel the affected order and refund any payment already taken.
We make every reasonable effort to describe and display our products accurately, including their dimensions, colours, materials, features and images.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting or device. Minor variations between products can also occur as a normal part of the manufacturing process.
Many Gymatics® products are manufactured using 3D-printing technology. Minor layer lines, texture or small cosmetic variations that do not affect the safe use or intended function of a product can be a normal characteristic of this process.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where a product is faulty, unsafe, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer law requirements.
We will manufacture personalised products using the information provided to us. Changes may not be possible once production has started.
Custom or clearly personalised products may have different change-of-mind cancellation and return rights. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Products should be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with any instructions, warnings, age guidance or safety information supplied with them.
Gymnastics and physical training involve inherent risks. Appropriate coaching, supervision, training environment and safety measures should be used where relevant.
Products should be checked regularly for signs of damage or excessive wear and should not be used if you believe their condition could make them unsafe.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Where a product is made to order or sold on pre-order, additional production or lead times may apply and will be shown where relevant.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and should tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
You must not copy, reproduce, manufacture, distribute, commercially exploit or create unauthorised reproductions of our protected content or product designs without our prior written permission.
Nothing in your purchase of a Gymatics® product transfers ownership of our intellectual property rights to you.
You must not submit material that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, infringes another person's intellectual property or privacy rights, or contains malicious code.
Where you intentionally submit content for publication, promotion or use by Gymatics®, you grant us permission to use that content for the purpose for which it was submitted, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of independent third-party websites. Please review their terms before using their services.
We may correct errors and update website information when necessary. Product availability can change and displaying a product does not guarantee that it will remain available indefinitely.

Any rights or obligations that arose before termination will continue where appropriate.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections and rights available under the laws that apply where you live. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove those rights where they legally apply.
The latest version will be published on this page together with an updated date. Changes will not remove rights that have already arisen under an existing contract where doing so would be unlawful.
